LA PRESENTE NORMA FUE DECLARADA NO VIGENTE AL APROBARSE LA QUINTA ACTUALIZACIÓN DEL DIGESTO JURÍDICO POR LEY 6764 (BOCBA 7022 DEL 18/12/2024), YA QUE SUS DISPOSICIONES FUERON INCORPORADAS EN LA NORMA PRINCIPAL A LA CUAL MODIFICA (CADUCIDAD POR OBJETO CUMPLIDO, O FUSIÓN). POR ELLO, SE RECOMIENDA CONSULTAR EL ÚLTIMO TEXTO CONSOLIDADO DE LA NORMA PRINCIPAL.-- INCORPORA - INCISO 35 - ARTÍCULO 296 - CÓDIGO FISCAL VIGENTE - AÑO 2023 - TEXTO ORDENADO DECRETO 70/23 - INGRESOS OBTENIDOS - EXPLOTACIÓN DE PUESTOS DE VENTA FLORES EN LA VÍA PÚBLICA

La Legislatura de la Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires sanciona con fuerza de Ley Artículo 1°.- Se incorpora como inciso 35 al artículo 296 del Código Fiscal vigente para el año 2023 (Texto Ordenado Decreto 70/23), el siguiente: 35.- Los ingresos obtenidos por la explotación de puestos de venta flores en la vía pública, regulados por la Ley 6269.
