Ley 10317 LEY 10317 EL SENADO Y CÁMARA DE DIPUTADOS DE LA PROVINCIA DE BUENOS AIRES SANCIONAN CON FUERZA DE LEY ARTÍCULO 1.- Declárase de Interés Provincial el Primer Congreso para el Área Metropolitana (CONARME), a realizarse en las instalaciones de la Legislatura de la Provincia de Buenos Aires los días 16, 17, 18, 19 y 20 de septiembre de 1985. ARTÍCULO 2.- Comuníquese al Poder Ejecutivo.
