Ley 8460/1975 - RECTIFICA ARTICULO 1º DE LA LEY 8253, REF:ACORDANDO PENSION GRACIABLE A LOS FAMILIARES DE LOS CAIDOS EN EL LEVANTAMIENTO CIVICO-MILITAR DEL 9 DE JUNIO DE 1956.

Ley 8460 LEY 8460 Rectificando el artículo 1º de la Ley 8253. EL SENADO Y CÁMARA DE DIPUTADOS DE LA PROVINCIA DE BUENOS AIRES, SANCIONAN CON FUERZA DE LEY ARTÍCULO 1.- Rectíficanse en el artículo 1º de la Ley 8253 los nombres de Capitán Néstor Dardo Cano por el de Dardo Néstor Cano y el de Carlos I. Irigoyen por el de Carlos Alberto Esteban Irigoyen. ARTÍCULO 2.- Comuníquese al Poder Ejecutivo.
