Ley 7120/1965 - DECLARAR CUMPLIDAS Y EXTINGUIDAS LAS OBLIGACIONES CONTRAIDAS CON MOTIVO DE LA ATENCION HOSPITALARIA RECIBIDA EN LAS PLANTAS PILOTO Nº 1 Y 2, HOSPITAL MAR DEL PLATA Y GONNET.

Ley 7120 LEY 7120 Decláranse cumplidas y extinguidas las obligaciones contraídas con motivo de la atención hospitalaria recibida en las Plantas Pi­loto Nº 1 Y 2. EL SENADO Y CÁMARA DE DIPUTADOS DE LA PROVINCIA DE BUENOS AIRES, SANCIONAN CON FUERZA DE LEY ARTICULO 1.- Decláranse cumplidas y extinguidas las obligaciones contraídas con motivo de la atención hospitalaria recibida en las Plan­tas Piloto Nº 1 y 2, Hospital Mar del Plata y Gonnet. ARTICULO 2.- Autorízase al Poder Ejecutivo para disponer la devo­lución de la documentación suscripta con motivo de las obligaciones a que se refiere el artículo anterior. ARTICULO 3.- Comuníquese al Poder Ejecutivo.
