LA LEGISLATURA DE LA CIUDAD AUTONOMA DE BUENOS AIRES SANCIONA CON FUERZA DE LEY: Artículo 1° - Afectase el predio delimitado por el eje de la Avenida Alvarez Thomas, deslinde con la Zona 5 del Distrito U 20, eje de la calle Concepción Arenal, eje de la calle Conde, eje de la calle Dorrego hasta su intersección con la Avenida Alvarez Thomas para el desarrollo de un área artística, cultural y educativa de gestión estatal.
