SAIJ - InfoLEG - Ministerio de Justicia y Derechos Humanos - Argentina Ley 14.804 CONCESIONES A ENTIDADES MUTUALISTAS BUENOS AIRES, 20 de mayo de 1959 El Senado y la Cámara de Diputados de la Nación Argentina reunidos en Congreso, etc. SANCIONA CON FUERZA DE LEY ARTICULO 1.- Las concesiones a entidades mutualistas constituidas con arreglo al decreto ley 24.499/45, y a instituciones de beneficencia y de ayuda social a que hace referencia al decreto ley 5.571/57, se otorgarán a título gratuito y en las condiciones establecidas en este último cuerpo legal. ARTICULO 2.- Derógase toda disposición que se oponga a la presente. ARTICULO 3.- Comuníquese al Poder Ejecutivo. GUZMAN - Monjardin - Jitriy - Oliver
