BUENOS AIRES, 4 de enero de 1896 El Senado y la Cámara de Diputados de la Nación Argentina reuniden Congreso, etc. SANCIONAN CON FUERZA DE LEY ARTICULO 1. - Apruébanse los siguientes arreglos firmados por el Delegado Argentino que concurrió al Congreso celebrado en Viena el año 1891: Convención Postal universal Protocolo final de la misma Arreglo relativo al canje de cartas y cajas con valor declarado Convención relativa al canje de encomiendas postales Protocolo final de la misma Arreglo relativo a la introducción de libretas de identidad en el tráfico postal internacional Arreglo relativo al servicio de giros postales.
