INDEMNIZACIONES INDEMNIZACIONES Ley 25.814 Dispónese un nuevo plazo para acogerse a los beneficios establecidos por las Leyes Nros. 24.043 y 24.411 sobre Desaparición Forzada de Personas. Sancionada: Noviembre 5 de 2003. Promulgada de Hecho: Noviembre 28 de 2003. El Senado y Cámara de Diputados de la Nación Argentina reunidos en Congreso, etc. sancionan con fuerza de Ley: ARTICULO 1º — Dispónese un nuevo plazo de UN (1) año, a partir de la publicación en el Boletín Oficial de la presente ley, para acogerse a los beneficios establecidos por las Leyes 24.043 y 24.411, sus complementarias y modificatorias, y presentar la solicitud requerida por las mismas. ARTICULO 2º — El Poder Ejecutivo nacional procederá a incluir en el proyecto de ley de presupuesto general de la administración nacional para el año 2004 el crédito necesario para atender el pago de los beneficios emergentes de las citadas leyes. ARTICULO 3º — Comuníquese al Poder Ejecutivo nacional.
