Ley 13506/2006 - ESTABLECIENDO QUE NO SERA NECESARIO ACREDITAR LA INSCRIPCIóN EN EL IMPUESTO A EFECTOS DE ACCEDER AL BENEFICIO EXENCIóN, EN LOS CASOS PREVISTOS EN LOS INC.D) Y N) DEL ART.180 DE LA LEY 10397.(CODIGO FISCAL-EXENCIONES IMPOSITIVAS-ACTIVIDADES-INGRESOS BRUTOS

Ley 13506 LEY 13506 EL SENADO Y CÁMARA DE DIPUTADOS DE LA PROVINCIA DE BUENOS AIRES, SANCIONAN CON FUERZA DE LEY ARTICULO 1.- En los casos previstos en los incisos d) y n) del artículo 180 del Código Fiscal Ley 10.397 (T.O. 2004 y modificatorias), no será necesario acreditar la inscripción en el impuesto a efectos de acceder al beneficio. ARTICULO 2.- Comuníquese al Poder Ejecutivo.
