PODER EJECUTIVO NACIONAL PODER EJECUTIVO NACIONAL Ley 25.556 Derógase la Ley N° 25.414 por la que se habían delegado en el P.E.N. facultades legislativas. Sancionada: Diciembre 20 de 2001. Promulgada: Diciembre 26 de 2001. El Senado y Cámara de Diputados de la Nación Argentina reunidos en Congreso, etc. sancionan con fuerza de Ley: ARTICULO 1° — Derógase la Ley 25.414. ARTICULO 2º — Comuníquese al Poder Ejecutivo.
