Ley 11017 DEROGADA POR 11197 LEY 11017 EL SENADO Y CÁMARA DE DIPUTADOS DE LA PROVINCIA DE BUENOS AIRES SANCIONAN CON FUERZA DE LEY ARTÍCULO 1.- Establécese que las remuneraciones nominales excluídas la bonificación mensual por antigüedad, suplemento por permanencia en la Categoría y asignaciones familiares correspondientes al cargo de Ministro de la Suprema Corte de la Provincia de Buenos Aires, será equivalente al del cargo de Ministro de la Corte Suprema de Justicia de la Nación. ARTÍCULO 2.- Las remuneraciones de los restantes Magistrados, Funcionarios y Agentes del Poder Judicial se liquidarán de acuerdo a los porcentajes establecidos por la Ley 10374. ARTÍCULO 3.- Los gastos emergentes de la aprobación de las disposiciones de la presente Ley, serán imputados a los Créditos asignados al Poder Judicial en las Partidas Específicas del Presupuesto General Vigente. ARTÍCULO 4.- Comuníquese al Poder Ejecutivo.
