Ley 12292/1999 - AGREGA SEGUNDO PÁRRAFO AL ARTÍCULO 22 DEL ANEXO I DE LA LEY 11820 (REF. MARCO REGULATORIO PRESTACION DE LOS SERVICIOS PUBLICOS DE AGUA POTABLE Y DESAGUES CLOACALES).

Ley 12292 LEY 12292 EL SENADO Y CÁMARA DE DIPUTADOS DE LA PROVINCIA DE BUENOS AIRES SANCIONAN CON FUERZA DE LEY ARTICULO 1.- Agrégase como segundo párrafo del artículo 22 del Anexo I de la Ley 11820, el siguiente texto: “Las relaciones con su personal se regirán por la Ley 10384”. ARTICULO 2.- Comuníquese al Poder Ejecutivo.
