Decreto-ley 9305/1979 DECRETO-LEY 9305/79 LA PLATA, 20 de ABRIL de 1979. VISTO lo actuado en el expediente número 2240-761/79 y la autorización otorgada mediante la Instrucción número 1/77, artículo 1, apartados 1.1. y 1.2. de la Junta Militar; en ejercicios de las facultades legislativas por ella conferidas, EL GOBERNADOR DE LA PROVINCIA DE BUENOS AIRES SANCIONA Y PROMULGA CON FUERZA DE LEY ARTICULO 1.- Derógase el Artículo 13 de la Ley 8.658. ARTICULO 2.- Cúmplase, comuníquese, publíquese, dése al Registro y Boletín Oficial y archívese.
