Ley 24378 - SUSTITUYESE EL ART. 2 DE LA LEY 17233 (MODIFICADOS POR LA 21398 Y 22139) EN LO RELACIONADO CON LA TASA NACIONAL DE FISCALIZACION DEL TRASNPORTE. PROMULGADA POR DECRETO 1865/94 (B.O.28.10.94)

Ley N. 24.378 del 28/9/94 TRANSPORTE Ley N. 24.378 Sustitúyese el artículo 2° de la Ley N°.17.233 modificado por sus similares 21.398 y 22.139. Sancionada: Setiembre 28 de 1994. Promulgada: Octubre 24 de 1994. El Senado y Cámara de Diputados de la Nación Argentina reunidos en Congreso. etc. sancionan con fuerza de Ley: ARTICULO 1°.- Sustitúyese el Artículo 2° de la Ley N° 17.233 modificado por las Leyes N° 21.398 y N°. 22.139 el cual quedará redactado de la siguiente forma: Artículo 2°. - LA TASA NACIONAL DE FISCALIZACION DEL TRANSPORTE deberá ser abonada anualmente por las personas físicas o jurídicas que realizan servicios de transporte por automotor de pasajeros sometidos al contralor y fiscalización de la SECRETARIA DE TRANSPORTE del MINISTERIO DE ECONOMIA Y OBRAS Y SERVICIOS PUBLICOS.
