Ley 5898 LEY 5898 Derogando el Decreto-Ley Nº 23472/57 que excluía del régimen de la Ley Nº 5396 a edificios Monobloques de Avellaneda. EL SENADO Y CÁMARA DE DIPUTADOS DE LA PROVINCIA DE BUENOS AIRES, SANCIONAN CON FUERZA DE LEY: ARTÍCULO 1.- Derógase el Decreto-Ley Nº 23.472 de fecha 12 de Diciembre de 1957. ARTÍCULO 2.- Comuníquese al Poder Ejecutivo.
