Ley 11515/1994 - RATIFICA EL DEC.3730/92 MEDIANTE EL CUAL LA PROVINCIA ADHIERE A LOS PRINCIPIOS TARIFARIOS ESTABLECIDOS PARA TRANSPORTISTAS Y DISTRIBUIDORES DE JURISDICCIóN NACIONAL, POR LOS ART.40 Y 41 DE LA LEY 24065.

Ley 11515 LEY 11515 EL SENADO Y CAMARA DE DIPUTADOS DE LA PROVINCIA DE BUENOS AIRES SANCIONAN CON FUERZA DE LEY ARTICULO 1°: Ratifícase el Decreto n° 3730, dictado por el Poder Ejecutivo con fecha 30 de noviembre de 1992 mediante el cual la Provincia de Buenos Aires adhiere a los principios tarifarios establecidos para transportistas y distribuidores de jurisdicción nacional, por los artículos 40° y 41 ° de la ley 24.065. ARTICULO 2°: Comuníquese al Poder Ejecutivo.
