Ley 13856 LEY 13856 EL SENADO Y CÁMARA DE DIPUTADOS DE LA PROVINCIA DE BUENOS AIRES, SANCIONAN CON FUERZA DE LEY ARTICULO 1.- Declárase ciudadano ilustre post-mortem de la Provincia de Buenos Aires, al fundador de la ciudad de Villa Gesell, Don Carlos Idaho Gesell. ARTICULO 2.- Comuníquese al Poder Ejecutivo.
