Ley 10431/1986 - ELEVA EL ADICIONAL ESTABLECIDO POR ART. 1 DEL DEC-LEY 9038/78 (REF: OBRA CENTRAL ELECTRICA COMANDANTE LUIS PIEDRABUENA DE BAHIA BLANCA)

Ley 10431 LEY 10431 EL SENADO Y CÁMARA DE DIPUTADOS DE LA PROVINCIA DE BUENOS AIRES SANCIONAN CON FUERZA DE LEY ARTICULO 1.- Elévase al 5,5% el adicional establecido por el artículo 1 del Decreto-Ley 9.038/1978 el que regirá hasta que se cumplan las obligaciones originadas en la obra Central Eléctrica Comandante Luis Piedrabuena, de Bahía Blanca. ARTICULO 2.- Comuníquese al Poder Ejecutivo.
