Ley 5749/1954 - AUTORÍZASE AL PODER EJECU­TIVO A ERIGIR EN LA CIUDAD EVA PERÓN, UN MONUMENTO CONMEMORATIVO DE LA FIGURA ILUSTRE DEL GENERAL DON MANUEL BELGRANO.

Ley 5749 LEY 5749 Monumento al General Manuel Belgrano, en la ciudad Eva Perón. EL SENADO Y CÁMARA DE DIPUTADOS DE LA PROVINCIA DE BUENOS AIRES, SANCIO­NAN CON FUERZA DE LEY: ARTÍCULO 1.- Autorízase al Poder Ejecu­tivo a erigir en la ciudad Eva Perón, un monumento conmemorativo de la figura ilustre del General don Manuel Belgrano. ARTÍCULO 2.- El gasto que demande el cum­plimiento de la presente Ley, deberá ser atendido con afectación a la Ley número 5712, Segundo Plan Quinque­nal (Plan Integral de Trabajos Públicos). ARTÍCULO 3.- Comuníquese al Poder Eje­cutivo.
