EL SENADO Y CAMARA DE DIPUTADOS DE LA NACION ARGENTINA REUNIDOS EN CONGRESO, SANCIONAN CON FUERZA DE LEY: ARTICULO 1° - Promuévase al grado inmediato superior con antigüedad del 31 de diciembre de 1983 al señor general de brigada don Ricardo Gustavo Planta.
