Ley 8370 LEY 8370 Sustituyendo el artículo 6º de la Ley 4688, según texto de la Ley 7432. NOTA: La Ley 4688 se encuentra Derogada por Ley 9319. EL SENADO Y CÁMARA DE DIPUTADOS DE LA PROVINCIA DE BUENOS AIRES, SANCIONAN CON FUERZA DE LEY ARTÍCULO 1.- Sustitúyese el artículo 6º de la Ley 4688, según texto Ley 7432, por el siguiente: “Artículo 6.- De acuerdo a la clasificación que precede, las en­tidades reconocidas gozarán -con retroactividad al 1º de Enero de 1974- de subvenciones mensuales, de conformidad con el siguiente detalle: Bibliotecas categoría “A”.............................................. $ 120 Bibliotecas categoría “B”.............................................. $ 108 Bibliotecas categoría “C”.............................................. $ 96 Bibliotecas categoría “D”.............................................. $ 84 Bibliotecas categoría “E”............................................... $ 72 Bibliotecas categoría “F”............................................... $ 60” ARTÍCULO 2.- Comuníquese al Poder Ejecutivo.
