Sancionada: Diciembre 17 de 2014 Promulgada de Hecho: Enero 20 de 2015 El Senado y Cámara de Diputados de la Nación Argentina reunidos en Congreso, etc. sancionan con fuerza de Ley: ARTÍCULO 1° — Institúyase el día 7 de julio como el Día del Abogado Laboralista, en homenaje a los abogados asesinados en lo que se conoció como “La noche de las corbatas” y de todos los letrados que, por luchar por la Democracia y la República sufrieron el mismo destino. ARTÍCULO 2° — Comuníquese al Poder Ejecutivo nacional.
