Ley 25516 - DECLARASE MONUMENTO HISTORICO NACIONAL A UN EDIFICIO UBICADO EN LA CIUDAD DE SAN MIGUEL DE TUCUMAN, ACTUALMENTE DESTINADO A MUSEO FOLKLORICO.

MONUMENTOS Y LUGARES MONUMENTOS Y LUGARES HISTORICOS Ley 25.516 Declárase monumento histórico nacional a un edificio ubicado en la ciudad de San Miguel de Tucumán, actualmente destinado a museo folklórico. Sancionada: Noviembre 21 de 2001. Promulgada de Hecho: Diciembre 14 de 2001. El Senado y Cámara de Diputados de la Nación Argentina reunidos en Congreso, etc. sancionan con fuerza de Ley: ARTICULO 1º — Conforme lo dispuesto por las Leyes 12.665 y 24.252 declárase monumento histórico nacional al edificio ubicado en la calle 24 de Septiembre 565 de la ciudad de San Miguel de Tucumán, provincia de Tucumán, actualmente destinado a museo folklórico. ARTICULO 2º — Comuníquese al Poder Ejecutivo.
