Ley 13093 LEY 13093 EL SENADO Y CÁMARA DE DIPUTADOS DE LA PROVINCIA DE BUENOS AIRES, SANCIONAN CON FUERZA DE LEY ARTICULO 1.- Declárese Bien de Interés Provincial definitivamente incorporado al Patrimonio Cultural Bonaerense al edificio donde funciona la Jefatura Departamental Sur de la Policía Bonaerense, en la ciudad de Bahía Blanca, cuya denominación catastral es: Circunscripción I, Sección B, Manzana 37 A, Parcelas 5 y 6, Partida 17.175. ARTICULO 2.- La presente Ley se encuadra en los términos y competencias establecidos por la Ley 10.419 y su modificatoria Ley 12.739. ARTICULO 3.- Comuníquese al Poder Ejecutivo.
