Ley 6224 LEY 6224 EL SENADO Y CAMARA DE DIPUTADOS DE LA PROVINCIA DE BUENOS AIRES SANCIONAN CON FUERZA DE LEY ARTICULO 1: Incorpórase a la Ley Electoral 5.109 y su modificatoria la 5.175, el capítulo XXVI, Disposiciones complementarias, con el siguiente artículo: “ Artículo (nuevo). Facúltase al Poder Ejecutivo a adherir la Provincia al régimen establecido por la Ley Nacional 15.262 de simultaneidad de elecciones, a cuyo efecto suspéndase las disposiciones vigentes que se opongan al cumplimiento de dicho acogimiento”. ARTICULO 2: Comuníquese al Poder Ejecutivo.
