Ley 13851/2008 - PRORROGA POR 24 MESES EL PLAZO ESTABLECIDO POR LA LEY 13376 Y SUS MODIFICATORIAS LAS OBLIGACIONES CONTRAÍDAS POR DIVERSOS MUNICIPIOS CON EL SERVICIO PROVINCIAL DE AGUA POTABLE Y SANEAMIENTO RURAL SPAR.

Ley 13851 LEY 13851 EL SENADO Y CÁMARA DE DIPUTADOS DE LA PROVINCIA DE BUENOS AIRES, SANCIONAN CON FUERZA DE LEY ARTICULO 1.- Prorrógase por el término de veinticuatro (24) meses el plazo establecido por la Ley 13.376 y sus modificatorias (12.379, 12.674, 12.708, 12.710 y 13.112), las obligaciones contraídas por los Municipios de 9 de Julio, Leandro N. Alem, Puán, Partido de la Costa, Monte Hermoso, General Villegas, Hipólito Yrigoyen, San Nicolás, Rivadavia, 25 de Mayo, Azul, Magdalena, Coronel Brandsen, General Pueyrredón, Guaminí, Exaltación de la Cruz, General Arenales, Coronel Suárez y General Alvear, con el Servicio Provincial de Agua Potable y Saneamiento Rural SPAR. ARTICULO 2.- Comuníquese al Poder Ejecutivo
