Ley 27754 - APRUEBASE EL ACUERDO ENTRE LA REPUBLICA ARGENTINA Y LA REPUBLICA DE TURQUIA PARA EVITAR LA DOBLE IMPOSICION EN MATERIA DE TRIBUTOS SOBRE LA RENTA Y PARA PREVENIR LA EVASION Y LA ELUSION FISCAL Y SU PROTOCOLO, SUSCRIPTOS EN LA CIUDAD AUTONOMA DE BUENOS AIRES EL 1° DE DICIEMBRE DE 2018, QUE CONSTAN DE VEINTINUEVE (29) ARTICULOS Y CINCO (5) CLAUSULAS, RESPECTIVAMENTE, LOS QUE COMO ANEXO, EN IDIOMAS ESPAÑOL E INGLES, FORMAN PARTE DE LA PRESENTE LEY.

El Senado y Cámara de Diputados de la Nación Argentina reunidos en Congreso, etc. sancionan con fuerza de Ley: Artículo 1º- Apruébase el ACUERDO ENTRE LA REPÚBLICA ARGENTINA Y LA REPÚBLICA DE TURQUÍA PARA EVITAR LA DOBLE IMPOSICIÓN EN MATERIA DE TRIBUTOS SOBRE LA RENTA Y PARA PREVENIR LA EVASIÓN Y LA ELUSIÓN FISCAL Y SU PROTOCOLO, suscriptos en la CIUDAD AUTÓNOMA DE BUENOS AIRES el 1° de diciembre de 2018, que constan de VEINTINUEVE (29) artículos y CINCO (5) cláusulas, respectivamente, los que como ANEXO, en idiomas español e inglés, forman parte de la presente ley.
