CONCURSOS Y QUIEBRAS CONCURSOS Y QUIEBRAS Ley 25.640 Prorrógase el plazo previsto en el artículo 12 de la Ley N° 25.589. Sancionada: Agosto 15 de 2002. Promulgada: Septiembre 10 de 2002. El Senado y Cámara de Diputados de la Nación Argentina reunidos en Congreso, etc. sancionan con fuerza de Ley: ARTICULO 1° — Prorrógase por el plazo de noventa (90) días corridos el término previsto en el artículo 12 de la Ley 25.589. ARTICULO 2º — Comuníquese al Poder Ejecutivo.
