Ley 25370 - DECLARASE AL DIA 2 DE ABRIL 'DIA DEL VETERANO Y DE LOS CAIDOS EN LA GUERRA EN MALVINAS'.-

1FERIADOS NACIONALES FERIADOS NACIONALES Ley 25.370 Declárase al día 2 de abril "Día del Veterano y de los Caídos en la guerra en Malvinas". Sancionada: Noviembre 22 de 2000. Promulgada de Hecho: Diciembre 15 de 2000. El Senado y Cámara de Diputados de la Nación Argentina reunidos en Congreso, etc. sancionan con fuerza de Ley: ARTICULO 1° — Declárase "Día del Veterano y de los Caídos en la Guerra de Malvinas", el 2 de abril, el que tendrá carácter de Feriado Nacional inamovible. (Artículo sustituido por art. 1° de la Ley N° 26.110 B.O. 30/6/2006). ARTICULO 2° — Derógase la Ley 22.769 y el Decreto 901/84. ARTICULO 3° — Comuníquese al Poder Ejecutivo Nacional.
