Decreto-ley 9690/1981 DECRETO-LEY 9690/81 LA PLATA, 26 de MARZO de 1981. VISTO lo actuado en el expediente número 2700-6503/73 y agregados y el Decreto Nacional número 877/80; en ejercicio de las facultades legislativas conferidas por la Junta Militar, EL GOBERNADOR DE LA PROVINCIA DE BUENOS AIRES, SANCIONA Y PROMULGA CON FUERZA DE LEY ARTICULO 1: Modifícase el artículo 1 de la Ley 9.481 en el único sentido de dejar establecido que la superficie del bien inmueble identificado catastralmente como: Circunscripción II, Sección A, Manzana 4, es de DIECISIETE MIL SEISCIENTOS TREINTA Y NUEVE METROS CUADRADOS (17.639 m2) según surge del plano aprobado con características 21-1-53 y no como allí se cita. ARTICULO 2: Cúmplase, comuníquese, publíquese, dése al Registro y Boletín Oficial y archívese.
