Ley 7255 DECRETO-LEY 7255/66 Derogando la Ley 6427. LA PLATA, 20 de DICIEMBRE de 1966. VISTO la autorización del Gobierno Nacional concedida por Decreto 4436/66, en ejercicio de las facultades legislativas que le confiere el artículo 9º del Estatuto de la Revolución Argentina, EL GOBERNADOR DE LA PROVINCIA DE BUENOS AIRES, SANCIONA Y PROMULGA CON FUERZA DE LEY ARTÍCULO 1.- Derógase la Ley 6427, por la cual se autorizó al Poder Ejecutivo a vender en pública subasta los inmuebles contiguos ubicados en la calle 25 números 368 y 370, de la ciudad de Mercedes, donados al Gobierno Provincial por testimonio otorgado por doña Clotilde Salomone de Villa Abrille, con el fin de construir un Hogar de Ancianos. ARTÍCULO 2.- Cúmplase, comuníquese, publíquese, dése al Registro y “Boletín Oficial” y archívese.
