Ley 12941 - AMPLIASE EN VEINTIUN MILLONES DE PESOS MONEDA NACIONAL ($ 21.000.000 M/N.) LOS GASTOS A CUBRIR CON EL PRODUCIDO DE TITULOS DE LA DEUDA PUBLICA QUE ESTABLECE EL ARTICULO 9º DE LA LEY Nº 12.930 DE PRESUPUESTO GENERAL PARA 1946, CUYO MONTO TOTAL QUEDA FIJADO EN $ 1.128.420.080,36.

Ley 12.941 ARTICULO 1º — Amplíase en veintiún millones de pesos moneda nacional ($ 21.000.000 m/n.) los gastos a cubrir con el producido de títulos de la deuda pública que establece el artículo 9º de la ley Nº 12.930 de Presupuesto General para 1946, cuyo monto total queda fijado en $ 1.128.420.080,36. ARTICULO 2º — La ampliación a que se refiere el artículo anterior se distribuirá así: Ley 12.690 (Armamentos) $ m/n 20.000.000 Decreto Nº 21.249/44 $ m/n 1.000.000 Total 21.000.000 ARTICULO 3º — Comuníquese al Poder Ejecutivo.
