- Ley 26521 - DISPONESE UN NUEVO PLAZO DE DOS (2) AÑOS, A PARTIR DEL VENCIMIENTO DE LA LEY 26.178, PARA ACOGERSE A LOS BENEFICIOS ESTABLECIDOS POR LAS LEYES 24.043, 24.411 Y 25.985, SUS COMPLEMENTARIAS Y MODIFICATORIAS, Y PRESENTAR LA SOLICITUD REQUERIDA POR LAS MISMAS.
INDEMNIZACIONES - INDEMNIZACIONES - DESAPARICION FORZADA DE PERSONAS Ley 26.178 Prorrógase el plazo establecido por la Ley Nº 25.985, para acogerse a los beneficios contemplados por las Leyes Nros. 24.043 y 24.411, sus complementarias y modificatorias. Sancionada: Noviembre 29 de 2006 Promulgada: Diciembre 18 de 2006 El Senado y Cámara de Diputados de la Nación Argentina reunidos en Congreso, etc. sancionan con fuerza de Ley: ARTICULO 1º — Prorrógase por el plazo de DOS (2) años y a todos sus efectos, la fecha de vencimiento establecida por la Ley Nº 25.985 para acogerse a los beneficios contemplados por las Leyes Nros. 24.043 y 24.411, sus complementarias y modificatorias. ( Nota Infoleg : por art. 1° de la Ley N° 26.521 B.O. 16/10/2009 se prorroga por el plazo de DOS (2) años, a partir del vencimiento de la presente Ley, para acogerse a los beneficios establecidos por las Leyes 24.043, 24.411 y presentar la solicitud requerida por las mismas) ARTICULO 2º — Los gastos que demande el cumplimiento de la presente ley serán incluidos en las Leyes de Presupuesto General para la Administración Pública Nacional correspondiente a los ejercicios financieros de los años 2007 y 2008 respectivamente. Facúltase al señor Jefe de Gabinete de Ministros a efectuar las reestructuraciones presupuestarias que fueren necesarias a los efectos de dar cumplimiento a lo establecido en el párrafo precedente. ARTICULO 3º — Comuníquese al Poder Ejecutivo.
