INDEMNIZACIONES - DESAPARICION FORZADA DE PERSONAS Ley 25 INDEMNIZACIONES - DESAPARICION FORZADA DE PERSONAS Ley 25.985 Prorrógase el plazo para acogerse a los beneficios establecidos por las leyes Nros. 24.043 y 24.411, sus complementarias y modificatorias, y presentar la solicitud requerida por las mismas. Sancionada: Diciembre 16 de 2004 Promulgada: Enero 5 de 2005. El Senado y Cámara de Diputados de la Nación Argentina reunidos en Congreso, etc. sancionan con fuerza de Ley: ARTICULO 1° — Dispónese un nuevo plazo de DOS (2) años, a partir de la publicación en el Boletín Oficial de la presente ley, para acogerse a los beneficios establecidos por las leyes 24.043 y 24.411, sus complementarias y modificatorias, y presentar la solicitud requerida por las mismas. ( Nota Infoleg : por art. 1° de la Ley N° 26.178 B.O. 19/12/2006 se prorroga por el plazo de DOS (2) años y a todos sus efectos, la fecha de vencimiento establecida por la presente Ley para acogerse a los beneficios contemplados por las Leyes Nros. 24.043 y 24.411, sus complementarias y modificatorias.) ARTICULO 2° — El Poder Ejecutivo nacional procederá a incluir en el proyecto de ley de presupuesto general de la administración nacional para el año 2005 y el año 2006 el crédito necesario para atender el pago de los beneficios emergentes de las citadas leyes. ARTICULO 3° — Comuníquese al Poder Ejecutivo.
