Decreto-ley 8802/1977 DECRETO – LEY 8802/77 LA PLATA, 15 de JUNIO de 1977. VISTO lo actuado en el expediente número 4099-79/75 y la autorización otorgada por Resolución número 792/77 del señor Ministro del Interior, en ejercicio de las facultades legislativas conferidas por la Junta Militar, EL GOBERNADOR DE LA PROVINCIA DE BUENOS AIRES SANCIONA Y PROMULGA CON FUERZA DE LEY ARTÍCULO 1.- Derógase el Decreto – Ley 3982/57. ARTÍCULO 2.- Cúmplase, comuníquese, publíquese, dése al Registro y Boletín Oficial y archívese.
