Ley 22592 - ACUERDASE AL SEÑOR JUAN SANTINO MANUELIDES (L.E. NRO. 2.911.894), PENSION VITALICIA E INEMBARGABLE, CUYO MONTO SERA EQUIVALENTE A CINCO (5) VECES EL HABER MINIMO DE JUBILACION ORDINARIA QUE PERCIBEN LOS BENEFICIARIOS DEL REGIMEN NACIONAL DE JUBILACIONES Y PENSIONES PARA TRABAJADORES EN RELACION DE DEPENDENCIA, COMPATIBLE CON CUALQUIER OTRO INGRESO SIN LIMITACION ALGUNA.
Ley 22.592 Bs. As., 20/5/1982 En uso de las atribuciones conferidas por el artículo 5º del Estatuto para el Proceso de Reorganización Nacional, EL PRESIDENTE DE LA NACION ARGENTINA SANCIONA Y PROMULGA CON FUERZA DE LEY: ARTICULO 1º — Acuérdase al señor Juan Santino MANUELIDES (L.E. nº 2.911.894), pensión vitalicia e inembargable, cuyo monto será equivalente a CINCO (5) veces el haber mínimo de jubilación ordinaria que perciben los beneficiarios del régimen nacional de jubilaciones y pensiones para trabajadores en relación de dependencia, compatible con cualquier otro ingreso sin limitación alguna. ARTICULO 2º — El gasto que demande el cumplimiento de la presente será atendido con cargo al artículo 3º de la ley 18.748. ARTICULO 3º — Comuníquese, dése a la Dirección Nacional del Registro Oficial y archívese. Firmas
