Ley 5822 DEROGADA POR DEC-LEY 1069/55 LEY 5822 EL SENADO Y CÁMARA DE DIPUTADOS DE LA PROVINCIA DE BUENOS AIRES, SANCIONAN CON FUERZA DE LEY ARTÍCULO 1.- Deróganse las disposiciones legales y reglamentarias, inclusive las de la Ordenanza General Impositiva para el partido Eva Perón, el siguiente modo general o especial acuerdan exenciones de impuestos, tasas o contribuciones, cualquiera sea su naturaleza, a las instituciones religiosas, a sus templos, conventos, colegios y demás dependencias; a los bienes que posean o a los actos que realicen. ARTÍCULO 2.- Lo dispuesto en el artículo anterior comenzará a regir a partir del 1° de enero de 1955. ARTÍCULO 3.- Comuníquese al Poder Ejecutivo.
