Ley 12102 LEY 12102 EL SENADO Y CÁMARA DE DIPUTADOS DE LA PROVINCIA DE BUENOS AIRES SANCIONAN CON FUERZA DE LEY ARTICULO 1.- Derógase el Art. 5º del Decreto Ley 7.754/71. ARTICULO 2.- Establécese que el Club Peñarol podrá disponer del bien individualizado en el Art. 1º del Decreto Ley 7.754/71, de conformidad a las previsiones de su propio estatuto. ARTICULO 3.- Comuníquese al Poder Ejecutivo.
